From the Mexican sierra of Oaxaca, Ron Valdeflores is a rum made in pure french tradition called Rhum agricole. 
The  juice comes from organic sugarcanes grown in the region and partly added to the molasses for a finer result

The rhum is then distilled in European copper stills which brings a unique flavour profile. Finally, it is aged for years in American new oak to bring up its rich character.
