Start building a Tiki cocktail bar from the comfort of your own home. Mix and match with your favourite Giffard Liqueurs & Syrups, and seasonal fruit.
Included in this pack:
- 1 bottle of Rum-Bar Gold (700mL)
- 1 bottle of Giffard Falernum (1000mL)
Here's a few ideas to get you started.
Blended Seasonal Daiquiri
(add lime juice and seasonal fruit)
1. Pour into a blender:
- 3 parts Rum-Bar Gold
- 2 parts lime juice
- 1 part Giffard Falernum
- your favourite fruit (think strawberry, kiwi, mango)
- enough ice to just cover all the liquid
2. Blend in pulses of 1-2 seconds for about 5 rounds, or until your desired consistency is reached
3. Pour into glasses and share (or don't)
Kingston Mule
(add lime juice and ginger beer)
1. Pour into a highball glass:
- 45mL Rum-Bar Gold
- 15mL Giffard Falernum
- 20mL lime juice
- splash of ginger beer
2. Stir to incorporate all ingredients together
3. Fill glass to the top with ice and top with ginger beer
Corn n Oil
(add Angostura Bitters and lime juice)
1. Pour into your glass, over crushed ice:
- 45mL Rum-Bar Gold
- 15mL Giffard Falernum
- 20mL lime juice
- 2dash Angostura Bitters
2. Give it a good stir, then add more crushed ice to top, followed by a final stir
Royal Bermuda Yacht Club
(add Giffard Orange Curaçao Liqueur and lime juice)
1. Add to a cocktail shaker (a sturdy, sealable jar like a clean pasta sauce container will work in a pinch):
- 60mL Rum-Bar Gold
- 15mL Giffard Falernum
- 15mL Giffard Orange Curaçao
- 30mL lime juice
2. Add your ice, seal the shaker, and give it a good shake for 10 seconds
3. Strain your drink into your favourite cocktail glass and enjoy!
