Falernum is the spiced lime-almond syrup at the heart of mid-century tiki — the ingredient that gives a Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, a Corn 'n Oil, or a properly built Zombie its unmistakable Caribbean lift. Giffard's Falernum is the cleanest, most balanced commercial expression available in Australia, made in France by a fifth-generation family distillery established in 1885.
Pale straw in colour. The aroma is unmistakably tropical — fresh lime zest, blanched almond, and warm clove.
