After 7 different Mezcal under their belt, it was time to make an homage and pay tribute to all the Maestros Mezcaleros who have shared with them the experience and lessons of their families passed from generation to generation.
Only 500 litres of this unique recipe is produced every edition. This mezcal celebrates the friendship among Mexicans no matter what their origins are.

Milling: Hand smashed in Sabino wood canoes
Fermentation: Open/ Natural in wood vats with wild yeast and spring water
