Ron Valdeflores 3 year is an agricole- style rhum crafted in the highlands of Oaxaca’s Sierra Madre. Pure Mexican- grown organic sugar cane juice is distilled in handmade pot stills to create a uniquely flavoured spirit that is then matured between 3 to 5 years in new American oak barrels.
Sight: Clean and very bright with Yellow thatch with gold tones.
Nose: A sweet character but complex rhum. You percibe notes of hazel nuts, vanilla, “milk caramel”, dried fruits like cherries and raisins. Heavy notes to mock coffee, hints of licorice and some resin notes in the end.
Mouth: Long lasting elegant flavour, it confirms the notes of vainilla, hazel nut, maple and with a mocha coffee aftertaste.
